Drew Keasler, CPAOwnerDrew started the practice in the spring of 2010, after spending several years with a top international accounting firm. Drew received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2004, his Master of Science in Accounting from East Carolina University in 2008, and his NC CPA license in 2009. Drew is a member of the AICPA and the NCACPA. Outside of tax season, Drew enjoys traveling, spending time at his and Margaret’s cottage in Oriental, NC, & sailing the waters of the Neuse River & Pamlico Sound. Margaret Keasler, CPASenior Manager
Margaret joined the practice in January of 2015. Prior to that time, she spent 5 years with Ernst & Young, LLP, a big four accounting firm, where she reached the position of tax manager. Margaret received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2008 and her Master of Science in Accounting in 2009, both degrees from East Carolina University. She received her North Carolina CPA license in 2011.
Margaret is a member of the AICPA and the NCACPA.
In her work at Keasler CPA, PLLC, Margaret focuses on the firm’s more complex partnership, corporate, and individual clients. She manages our more complex Virtual Back Office clients, where she is integrally involved in assisting them operate the accounting, tax, and payroll functions of their business.
Outside of work, Margaret enjoys traveling, Wake Forest and ECU sports, being on the water with Drew and their daughter, Virginia, and spending time with her family and friends at their home in Oriental, NC.
Mark BuccatSenior Client AccountantMark joined the practice in 2023. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology from General De Jesus College, a private college in the Philippines, Mark worked as a senior bookkeeper in an accounting firm in the Philippines. Mark joined TOA Global, Keasler CPA’s offshore staffing partner, in 2023, and graduated from TOA’s AB2 Institute Accelerator program, where he obtained his Quickbooks® Online ProAdvisor Certification, and obtained extensive training in US individual and business taxation. Mark is the lead team member for a group of our Business Core, Business Support, and Virtual Back Office business clients, where he leads their accounting, payroll, tax return preparation functions, and is a primary client service point of contact. In tax season, he also manages individual & business tax return preparation for other clients of the firm, and helps manage the practice’s overall tax season workflow. During his free time, Mark enjoys spending time with his family & friends. 
Ali VidalClient Accountant
Ali joined the practice in 2025, and has been in the accounting profession since 2022, after earning his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the Philippine College of Science and Technology, a private institution in the Philippines.
His professional experience spans various industries, including food and beverage services, real estate, and multinational logistics, where he worked as an accounting assistant and staff. During these years, he gained extensive expertise in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and taxation, as well as developing advanced proficiency in SAP Business One and SAP HANA for accounting systems.
Driven by his aspiration to work in a dynamic, globally oriented environment, he joined TOA Global, Keasler CPA’s offshore staffing partner, in 2025 under the Accelerator Program powered by Ab2 Institute.
Ali supports our Business Core, Business Support, and Virtual Back Office clients, where he is central to their accounting, payroll, tax return preparation, and is a primary client service point of contact. In tax season, he also manages individual & business tax return preparation for other clients of the firm, and helps manage the practice’s overall tax season workflow.
Outside of work, Ali enjoys following his favorite TV series, traveling, and spending time with his family.
